Dr. Maria Macias Lopez, MD

Founder

Dr. Maria Macias Lopez grew up in the Inland Empire, experiencing firsthand many of the medical and socioeconomic barriers faced by the patients she serves today. Born in Mexico, she immigrated to the United States at the age of 10. Early in life, Dr. Macias Lopez recognized the shortage of Spanish‑speaking physicians and the lack of providers from medically underserved communities—an awareness that shaped her commitment to medicine and health equity.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, cum laude, from the University of California, Riverside, followed by completion of a post‑baccalaureate program at the UCR School of Medicine. Dr. Macias Lopez went on to obtain her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine in 2022 completed her Family Medicine residency at Loma Linda University Health in 2025. She became Board Certified in Family Medicine 20025.
